How much money do Russians need for decent living standards?

UFA, 22 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. An average Russian needs about 40 thousand rubles for decent living. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the general director of the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) Valery Fedorov.
The question of "worthy income" in 2017 was included in the pre-New Year poll for the first time.
"The average sum this year amounted to 39 thousand 404 rubles per person per month, for decent living not just surviving", explained Valery Fedorov.
According to him, the results of the poll vary depending on the region. For example, in Moscow and St. Petersburg, the "worthy" sum was 56 thousand 634 rubles. The level of education of people also affects their perception of living standards. People with higher education estimated their work at 45 thousand 395 rubles.
As reported by Bashinform News Agency, the average per capita income of a resident of Bashkortostan in the third quarter of this year exceeded 29,750 rubles. The real disposable incomes in comparison to the corresponding period of the previous year were 94.6 percent in the republic.
In the first quarter of this year, 24,422 rubles per month were accounted for each resident of Bashkiria, in the second quarter - 24,965 rubles.
