Sistema lost appeal to Rosneft

UFA, 18 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The 18th arbitration court in Chelyabinsk upheld the decision of the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria, which in August ordered Sistema to pay Rosneft 136.3 billion rubles for inefficient management of Bashneft.

Recall that the plaintiff asked for compensation of 170.6 billion rubles. In order to ensure payment of the amount of the claim, the court seized Sistema's assets, including its stock in MTS, BESK, Moscow's Detsky Mir.
