25.6 thousand new apartments have been built in Bashkiria year to date - second place in VFD

UFA, 15 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. For 11 months of this year, due to all sources of financing, 25.6 thousand apartments with a total area of 1977.1 thousand square meters were put into operation. This is 85.9 percent by January-November 2016, reports Bashkortostan Statistics Agency.

486 square meters of housing have been built per thousand people in the region.

Among the regions of the Volga Federal District (VFD) following the results of 11 months, Bashkiria takes the second place in commissioning residential houses, the fifth place in housing per capita.

In the structure of housing construction, the share of housing built by the population at its own expense and with the help of loans was 70.6 percent. It was built 13.8 thousand of private houses with an area of 1395.2 thousand square meters, or 86.6 percent of the housing volume built in the same period in 2016.
