Fitch Ratings has affirmed credit rating of Bashkortostan

The Fitch Ratings international rating agency has affirmed the long-term rating of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the level of "BBB", the outlook is "stable". This decision was made on December 1 after an analytical survey conducted by the agency, the Ministry of Finance RB informs.

According to analysts, the rating of the investment category "BBB-" reflects Bashkortostan's sound budgetary performance, supported by a well-diversified economy. Positive factors that determine the creditworthiness of the republic are also a low level of debt and a high level of liquidity.
