Bashkiria will receive federal funds to support families with three children

UFA, 28 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Bashkiria is among the regions that will receive federal funds to improve the demographic situation. Dmitry Medvedev signed an appropriate order. The funds will allow regions with an unfavorable demographic situation to continue the support of families at the birth of a third child or subsequent children in 2018, according to the website of the Cabinet. In 2013-2017, the Program involved regions where the total birth rate was below the average for Russia (in 2016 - 1.762), and since 2018 the subjects of the Federation, where the value of this indicator does not exceed 2 may participate in the Program.

In accordance with this criterion, the Ministry of Labor of Russia selected the subjects of the Federation to participate in the Program in 2018. The decree approved the list of subjects where in 2018 the expenditure obligations to support families will be co-financed by monthly cash payments in connection with the birth of the third or subsequent children.

The list includes 60 subjects of the Federation (in 2017 - 50, in 2016 and 2015 - 53, in 2014 - 51, in 2013 - 50).

The total amount of funds needed to implement the project in 2018 will amount to 48.9 billion rubles, including 18.5 billion from the federal budget and 30.4 billion from the budgets of the subjects of the Federation.
