New production facilities will appear in Bashkortostan - Rustem Khamitov

UFA, 27 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. The Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov spoke about diversification of the region's economy in an interview with Radio of Russia - Bashkortostan.

“New types of industrial production emerge, new production facilities within existing enterprises, and this is very important,” noted the head of the republic. “It is much more important that existing enterprises are modernized so that new industries and shops appear in their territory, and new opportunities open up for production to grow.”

As an example of such an approach, the Head of Bashkortostan named Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat LLC.

“Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat is such a classic example of the change in the range of products. Over the past five years more than 100 billion rubles have been invested as investments there", said Rustem Khamitov. “What was previously purchased from abroad or sent abroad for export, today is fully produced or used in the enterprise itself.”
