New tax incentives are introduced in Bashkiria

UFA, 22 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Bashkortostan parliamentarians offer to establish a tax privilege on company’s property for taxpayers who have concluded an agreement on public-private partnership or a concession agreement with the regional government. The duration of the benefit is limited by the term of the agreement. This bill will be considered by the deputies in the first reading at the forthcoming plenary session.

It is also proposed to increase a period for confirmation of capital investments in determining the volume of tax benefits from three years to five years from the date of an investment agreement conclusion when implementing priority investment projects of the republic with a volume of investments in fixed assets of more than 5 billion rubles.

For companies implementing priority investment projects, the terms for obtaining benefits (reduced loan rates) in connection with reorganization in the form of a legal entity transformation are expanding. It is envisaged that investors who are in the process of reorganization in the form of transformation retain their right to benefits.
