Food Festival "Our Brand" will take place in Bashkiria

In the capital of Bashkortostan, the second Food Festival "Our Brand" - the largest regional project representing a wide range of food, raw materials, equipment and technologies, as well as packing materials will be held at the VDNKh-Expo on November 15-17.

The only specialized project in Bashkiria will attract more than 70 companies operating in the food market in 11 regions of Russia this year, including from Moscow, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg and Perm Territory. For the first time in Ufa a joint stand will be presented by producers of well-known Russian food brands. Among them - participants of the regional project "Product of Bashkortostan".

Diploma holders of the project - enterprises and individual entrepreneurs, peasant farms produce, in total, about three thousand names of different foodstuff.

One of the largest sections will be devoted to meat products and sausage products. They will be presented by 16 companies from various parts of Bashkortostan and other regions of the country.

In addition, dairy products and cheeses, frozen semi-finished products and canned products of domestic producers will be exhibited at the festival, the Ministry of Agriculture reports.
