In Bashkiria housing has fallen in price by 5% year to date

UFA, 9 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Bashkortostan since the beginning of the year, housing has become cheaper by 5%. The average price of an average apartment in the republic was about 2.43 million rubles, according to the "Mir Kvartir" website.
In general, the price of apartments in the country increased only in 20 regions out of the 80 studied. The most expensive apartments are in Moscow, where the average price for them was 11.34 million rubles. In St. Petersburg, the average price of housing was 7.97 million rubles. Sevastopol was in the third place with a price of 4.55 million rubles, Moscow region was the fourth (about 4.3 million).
Prices have increased, for example, in Karachaevo-Cherkessia, Krasnodar Territory and Khabarovsk Territory, North Ossetia, Kamchatka, Arkhangelsk, Irkutsk and Kursk regions, Khakassia. In St. Petersburg, the cost of housing increased by 8.6%.
The greatest negative trends were registered in Kalmykia, the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Amur Region, Tyva, and Kabardino-Balkaria.
So far, there are no prerequisites for price growth in the country as a whole, analysts say. The rise in prices in St. Petersburg, they explained by the high business activity. In Moscow, the level of housing costs is reduced by renovation, however, the average price has fallen by only 1.5% since the beginning of the year.
