Bashkortostan National Bank calculated deposits of individuals

UFA, 8 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. According to the Branch - National Bank for Bashkortostan, the amount of individuals' deposits in credit institutions reached 349.8 billion rubles by October 1 of this year.

The growth rate by the beginning of the year was 103.8 percent.

As of September 1, the population of the republic kept 350.7 billion rubles in accounts in banks.

At the beginning of this year there were 337 billion rubles in the deposits in banks.

In general, in Russia, deposits of individuals in credit institutions by early October amounted to 24,865.9 billion rubles against 24,303.4 billion, as of January 1, 2017.

62 credit organizations operate in the territory of Bashkortostan. This is a total of 1039 banking units. By the number of banking units operating in the region, Bashkortostan still ranks second in the Volga Federal District and sixth in Russia.
