Rosturizm reported popular destinations and their cost for Russians to spend New Year holidays

UFA, 19 October 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In the upcoming New Year holidays the most popular destinations for Russians who prefer to travel within the country will be Sochi, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Veliky Novgorod and Kazan. This was reported by the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rosturizm) with reference to the data of early booking.

According to «Izvestia», Vietnam, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, India and Israel are the most popular among foreign destinations.

The cost of trips across Russia and beyond the country since last year has practically not changed and makes 25 thousand and 35-40 thousand rubles respectively.

The most original destination was North Korea, where eight days in a four-star hotel in the New Year holidays will cost 150 thousand rubles.
