UFA, 13 October 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The HeadHunter research service interviewed representatives of Bashkir companies regarding their attitude toward employment of adolescents and readiness to create jobs for underage applicants.
It turned out that 21% of respondents already employ teenagers over 14 years old for temporary or permanent work or internship. Another 18% of companies express readiness for such employment, but have not such experience yet. More than half of representatives of the republican companies are not ready to hire applicants from the age of 14 to 18 years.

Potentially interesting this idea can become for consulting agencies, construction industry and auto business. These sectors express the greatest readiness along with absence of such hiring experience.
"Among those respondents who already work with 14+ candidates or express such readiness, the overwhelming majority (59%) hire or can hire young professionals during the summer holidays, internships (52%), and project work (22% ). Every fifth employer is ready to consider an option of permanent employment of teenagers in the company", the Head of the HeadHunter Press Service in Bashkortostan Olga Gibadullina underlined.
