Rental housing has risen in price by almost 5% in Bashkiria

UFA, 12 October 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Natalia Ovcharuk/. In the third quarter of 2017, the average rental price of apartments increased by 4.8%. This conclusion was reached by experts of the Domofond.ru portal, who compared prices with the indicators of the second quarter of the year. The republic in this ranking was included in Top-5 subjects, where growth was most noticeable.
Today, renting a one-room apartment costs an average of 12,378 rubles per month in the capital of Bashkiria. Earlier this amount was less - 11 807 rubles.
"The leaders in the growth of the average offer price in the rental market per one-room apartment were Tatarstan (7.6%) and Altai (7.4%). In St. Petersburg, rates increased by an average of 5.2%", the researchers inform.
In Russia, there are regions where rental rates have declined. This list includes the Jewish Autonomous District (-2.1%), the Komi Republic (-2.1%) and the Primorye Territory (-2%).
In the republic in the second half of 2017, experts observe a downward trend in the cost of secondary housing. Prices for apartments fell by 0.3%.
