Bashkiria Ministry of Finance reported data on budget execution

UFA, 25 September 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The Ministry of Finance of Bashkiria reported data on the execution of the budget as of September 1. Revenues amounted to 124.33 billion rubles, or 97% of the same period in 2016. Of these, tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 101.5 billion rubles or 69% of the annual plan (with a rate of 66.7%). This income item decreased by 4.1 billion, or 4% compared to the last year's revenues.
The main sources of revenues were: personal income tax - 30.2 billion rubles (almost 30% of the total amount of tax and non-tax revenues), corporate profit tax - 30 billion (29.6%), excises - 13.5 billion 13.2%), property taxes - 11.5 billion (11.4%), lumpsum tax - 5.2 billion rubles (5.2%).
Revenues from the use of state and municipal owned property amounted to 5.76 billion rubles, or 5.7% of the total amount of tax and non-tax revenues. Uncompensated receipts amounted to 22.8 billion rubles, or 18.4% of the total revenue, an increase of 208.5 million rubles, or 0.9%, as compared to the same period in 2016.
The republican consolidated budget spending in January-August 2017 was financed in the amount of 111.8 billion rubles, an increase of 0.1%. Implementation of the annual plan amounted to 56.9%. In the sectoral structure of expenditures, the social sphere occupies the largest share - 77% of all expenditures or 86.2 billion rubles.
Subsidies to budgetary, autonomous institutions and other organizations amounted to 57.8 billion rubles, or about 52% of the total expenditure. Benefits, surcharges to pensions, insurance premiums for compulsory health insurance of unemployed people, other social payments constituted 26.5 billion rubles or almost 24%.
12.6 billion rubles were allocated to finance capital investments and road facilities, or 11.3% of the total expenditures.
