A five-minute demonstration video about construction of the River Belaya embankment was filmed on the order of the republican government. Under the plan, it will finally be completed by October 2019 - to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the republic. Now works are underway on the construction of the second stage of the site - from the sports complex "Ynost" to the Monument of Friendship. The cost is estimated at 2.5 billion rubles. The cost of the first stage, built by July 2015 – to the SCO and BRICS Summits amounted to 1.34 billion rubles.

The project of strengthening the River Belaya embankment and construction of the quay is implemented within the framework of the "Ecology and Natural Resources of Bashkortostan" program.
