Initiative budgeting projects cost in Russia amounted to 7 billion rubles

UFA, 12 September 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. At the moment, 47 subjects of the Russian Federation are involved in the development of initiative budgeting. The total cost of projects involving citizens has increased from 2.4 billion rubles in 2015 to 7 billion in 2016. The number of projects implemented increased from 2,657 to 8,732 (3.3 times).

In 2016, the volume of regional subsidies aimed at the implementation of Russian initiative budgeting programs amounted to 5.1 billion rubles (2015 - 1.4 billion). Co-financing by the population and business was 0.4 billion rubles in 2015, 0.7 billion rubles in 2016. The contribution of municipal budgets was 615 million rubles in 2015, 1, 1 billion rubles in 2016. These figures were reported by the Government of the republic.
