Bashkortostan Government allocated 500 million rubles for Ufa airport reconstruction

UFA, 7 September 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The Government of Bashkortostan adopted a resolution on budgetary investments provision for the reconstruction of the domestic air lines airport complex of JSC Ufa International Airport.

As explained by the State Committee for Transport, the resolution provides for the allocation of 500 million rubles for the reconstruction of the domestic air transport airport complex in 2017.

Investments will provide an increase in the facility capacity from 600 to 1200 passengers per hour.

In addition, the allocated funds will improve the state of the airport engineering networks, the safety of passengers, expand the landside area and access to infrastructure facilities.

The reconstruction is planned to be completed in 2019.
