Bashkiria Property Ministry appointed auctions for Bashgiproneftekhim Institute privatization

UFA, 28 August 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The Ministry of Land and Property Regulations of Bashkiria scheduled an open auction for privatization of 100 % of the authorized capital of Bashgiproneftekhim LLC, a large design institute for October 17. The nominal value of the stake is 515 million 502 thousand rubles. The initial price of the auction: 461, 24 million. The bid increment: 5% of the initial price - 23 million rubles.

The Ministry was preparing to sell Bashgiproneftekhim even last year, but faced a problem of unregistered property. Presumably, Bashneft may become a buyer of the institute.
