Bashkiria will support agricultural distribution center construction

UFA, 1 August 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Rustem Mardanov signed an order on providing state support for the construction of a distribution center for agricultural and food products in Ufa. The initiator of the project is Sigma LLC.

According to the press service of the republican government, the investor received the right to state support in the form of property tax benefits in the amount of 44.7 million rubles.

The construction completion is planned for the 3rd quarter of this year. This project is the second stage of the Class A warehouse complex - Sigma Logopark. The area of the first stage of the warehouse complex is 36 thousand square meters.

The project is implemented in a build-to-suit format. The customer is X5 Retail Group - one of the leading retailers. It owns such brands as "Pyaterochka", "Perekrestok", "Carousel".

The goal of the project is development of warehouse logistics in the region. The volume of investments will be 1.2 billion rubles.
