Real estate transactions number decreased by 15% in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria in the first half of 2017 Rosreestr (the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography) authorities registered about 335 thousand real estate titles, transactions and encumbrances on it. This is by 15% less than in the first half of 2016. This was reported at the board of the Bashkir administration of Rosreestr.

The number of registered housing titles decreased significantly - by 31%: 88 thousand titles in the first half of 2017 and 128 thousand titles in the first six months of the last year. At the same time, the republic continues to hold the sixth position among regions on the real estate market growth after the Moscow region, Krasnodar region, Moscow, Rostov region and St. Petersburg, the department reports.
