Arriving tourists number is counted in Ufa

UFA, 25 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In the Bashkir capital the number of tourists arriving in Ufa by plane is counted.

As Olga Zavyalova, the head of the Department for Entrepreneurship, Consumer Market and Tourism, announced today at a briefing in the mayor's office, the passenger traffic of the Ufa International Airport exceeds 2.3 million people a year.

At the same time, the main share of the tourist flow falls on the segment of business tourism. The share of business tourists is about 80-90 percent of all arriving in the city. Tourists, whose goal is educational tourism, make up from 10 to 20 percent.

About 70 thousand people came from abroad this year to Ufa.
