Most popular jobs are announced in Bashkiria

UFA, 14 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Analysts of the HeadHunter website summed up the results of the first half of 2017 and found out that a sales manager was still the most popular job in Bashkortostan.

"This occupation is not the first year is at the peak of popularity - 39% of local employers were looking for exactly the specialists in sales. The "Banks, investments, leasing" sphere is in the second place on demand (18%). The "Production" takes the third position (11%)", said Olga Gibadullina, the head of the HeadHunter Bashkortostan press service.

According to her, the total offers from employers in the republic increased by 17% in the first six months of this year. The number of vacancies in the administrative staff (-37%), personnel management (-32%) and marketing (-28%) fell sharply.

With regard to offers in the labour market, students and workers without experience appeared in the top position (15%), which significantly distinguishes Bashkortostan from other regions. Sales are in second place - (13%), production in the third (11%).

As experts note, now in Bashkortostan there is a moderate level of competition: six people per vacancy. The most demanded sphere is "State Service" (34 candidates per 1 vacancy), the least - "Consulting" and "Insurance" (0,4 resumes per 1 vacancy).
