Federal co-financing level of Bashkiria's expenditures for next three years is announced
UFA, 14 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Prime Minister of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev signed an order according to which the maximum level of co-financing of the region's expenditures from the federal budget was established. The corresponding document is published on the website of the Cabinet.
The adopted decisions will allow determining the amount of co-financing in granting subsidies for 2018-2020.
Mostly this figure amounts to 70-90 percent. For Bashkortostan, the maximum level of co-financing for all three years is 88 percent, in Chelyabinsk region - 81 percent, Chuvashia - 94 percent, Orenburg, Samara and Sverdlovsk regions - 75, 65 and 67 percent, respectively.
The lowest level of co-financing is in Moscow: five percent for all three years. Yamal-Nenets District (14 percent) is on the second place.
Another government decree amended the rules for formation, provision and distribution of subsidies to regions in terms of the maximum co-financing level calculating methodology. The levels of the estimated budgeted security of the entities for the current fiscal year will be used as its base.
In addition, it is possible to establish the level of co-financing from the federal budget exceeding the limit level, but not more than 99 percent.
