600 investment projects for 700 billion rubles are implemented in Bashkiria

UFA, 13 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Dariya Petrova/. In recent years, Bashkortostan has significantly increased its investment attractiveness rating. If in 2015 the republic ranked only 40th in the National investment climate rating in subjects of the Russian Federation compiled by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), in 2016 it reached the 20th, and in 2017 - the 13th position.

According to the Ministry of Economic Development RB, today more than 600 investment projects are being implemented in the region, the total volume of investments is about 700 billion rubles, and the number of new jobs should exceed 30 thousand.

In 2016, the volume of investments in fixed assets from all sources of financing amounted to 360.9 billion rubles (+ 4.2% compared to 2015). This is higher than the forecast value of 332.8 billion rubles (+ 0.6%). According to this indicator, the republic took the ninth place in the country (2.5% of the volume of investments developed in Russia) and the second in the Volga Federal District (15.0% of the volume of investments developed in the district).
