17 priority projects are implemented in Bashkortostan

UFA, 10 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. Bashkiria takes part in 17 priority projects. Within the framework of the "Formation of Comfortable Urban Environment" priority project municipalities approved programs for landscaping for 2017. At the same time, a state program for modern urban environment formation and municipal programs for landscaping for the period 2018-2022 are being developed.

In the sphere of "Safe and Quality Roads" within the framework of the "Integrated Development of Ufa Agglomeration Transport Infrastructure" program an action plan (road map) was developed to update and approve the territorial planning documents, the program for the integrated development of transport infrastructure, integrated schemes for organizing public transport services.

In the "Education" sphere within the framework of the "Universities as Innovation Creation Centres" priority project the delegation of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University took part in the World Congress of Engineers and Scientists "Energy of the Future: Innovative Scenarios and Methods of Their Implementation", business meetings were held with representatives of the fuel- power complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the "Mono-cities" sphere as part of the "Integrated Development of Single-Industry Towns" priority program, a city polyclinic was renovated in Kumertau, and a reconstruction of the medical treatment room was completed in Uchaly.

Also in the republic, regional pilot projects are being implemented, for example, on the reconstruction of the heat supply system in Tuymazy district.

A bid book of the Russian National Union of Beekeepers was reviewed and admitted for the presentation at the next General Assembly of Apimondia in the framework of the pilot project for application campaign to host the 47th Congress of the International Federation of Apimondia Beekeeping Association in Bashkiria in 2021. An Instagram page was created for promotion of the Russia’s bid.

The following local pilot projects were initiated: to increase availability of micro-finance support for small and medium-sized businesses, and to create a Republican Industry Development Fund, which will co-finance investment projects of industrial enterprises on preferential terms.
