In Bashkiria recruiters analyzed salaries offered to public sector employees

UFA, 5 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The HeadHunter recruitment company conducted monitoring of salaries offered in Bashkiria in the budgetary sphere. Employers are willing to pay an average of 27,000 rubles to employees in the sphere of culture, 30,000 rubles to employees in the sphere of "Science, Education", 33,000 to medical workers, and 35,000 to public sector workers.

HeadHunter analysts also reviewed competition in the public sector sphere. The balanced level is five candidates per position, the greatest shortage of personnel is experienced in medicine - only 2.9 people per vacancy. In the "Science, Education" and "Art, Culture" spheres there are 4.7 and 4.9 candidates per offer. But in the sphere of civil service, 43 applicants apply for one position.

According to the website, in general, the competition is increased in the labour market in Bashkiria, and constitute eight people per vacancy. The average salary is 36,000 rubles in the region.
