Roskachestvo recognized Bashkir cheese as good, but not very tasty

UFA, 30 June 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Roskachestvo has published results of research of products of 30 known brands which are making cheese of a popular mark "Rossiysky" according to GOST and TU. Such violations as acidity not according to the standard, high fat content - 52.83% with 50% declared, "low taste and smell" were revealed in Belebeevsky Dairy Plant products (produced according to GOST). Advantages of Belebeevsky "Rossiysky" cheese are the safety of the product, lack of vegetable fats and antibiotics.
However, the "drawbacks" listed above, along with oversalt, are the most common among domestic cheese makers. But the opinion about the widespread falsification of fats turned out to be a myth. The main drawback is violation of technology - the cheese is not given enough time to ripen, experts summed it up.
