Rustem Khamitov proposed to increase tax revenues of Bashkortostan municipalities by 700 million rubles

UFA, 23 June 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Alim Faizov/. On June 22, at a meeting of the Committee on Budget, Tax, Investment Policy and Territorial Development of the State Assembly - Kurultay of Bashkortostan, the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of Bashkortostan Republic" On the Establishment of Unified Deductions from Separate Taxes to Budgets of Municipal Districts and Urban Districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan" was considered .

"This bill was drafted on the instructions of the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov ", Rida Subkhankulova, the Finance Minister of RB marked. "Starting from January 1, 2018, unified standards for allocations to municipal budgets from the property tax subject to transfer to the republican budget will be established at a rate of 10 percent for districts and 5 percent for urban districts".

Innovation will increase motivation of local governments in growth of the tax base through bringing real estate to property taxation, implementation of investment projects.

According to preliminary calculations, the adoption of the law will increase the tax revenues of local budgets for the amount of about 700 million rubles annually, the Government RB reported.
