Deputy Prime Minister inspected road repairs started in Ufa

UFA, 25 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Ufa, the Deputy Prime Minister Ilyas Munirov inspected road repairs began as part of the "Safe and High-Quality Roads" project. He held a meeting with representatives of the customer and the contractor at one of the repaired sites on Marshal Zhukov Street in Sipailovo. Recall, that this season 29 sections of the road network will be repaired in the city. An appropriate number of contracts were concluded on results of the bidding. Repair works are already under way at 16 sites.

Bashkiria is included in 38 regions, which annually until 2025 within the framework of this project will be allocated 1 billion rubles from the federal budget and the same amount - from the republican budget. Most of the allocated funds will be directed to the capital: in the next two years, 3.2 billion rubles will be spent on repairing 531 kilometers of city roads.

As a result, by 2025, 85% of Ufa's streets will be brought to the state according to standards. The sites to be repaired are selected on the basis of analysis and assessment of the most destroyed and not meeting the standards streets and highways, the State Committee for Transport reports.
