Bashkiria published salary rating of vacancies

UFA, 16 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Labour Ministry of Bashkortostan announced a "salary" rating of vacancies in April this year.

By May 1 of the current year there were 39.4 thousand jobs in the republican bank of vacancies. Of these, 86 percent are permanent jobs.

The salary level of almost 43 percent of the available vacancies exceeded 20,000 rubles. A year ago, the number of vacancies was by 10 percent less. Another 39 percent of vacancies offered by employers via the employment service imply a salary from 10 to 20 thousand rubles.

Salaries below the subsistence minimum are set for nine percent of jobs from the republican bank of vacancies.

In general, for four months in 2017, the republican employers offered 83,000 vacant jobs through the employment service.

As reported by the Bashinform News Agency, the average salary reached 26,998 rubles in the republic in February this year.

The average unemployment benefit in the republic was 4030 rubles in April.

The subsistence minimum for the able-bodied population is 8,869 rubles.

According to the data of sample labour force surveys in the 1st quarter of 2017, the economically active population exceeds 1.948 million people in the republic.
