Mast is being built to accommodate mobile telephony exchange near Mount Iremel in Bashkiria

UFA, 5 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. A mobile communication will be available in Bashkortostan near Mount Iremel - one of the most famous tourist places of our republic. According to the Chairman of the State Committee for Information System Development RB Rinat Shagalin, an antenna-mast construction is currently being assembled where mobile operators will install their stations. The "Sputnik Telecom" company-integrator builds and supplies the mast-antenna. The republican budget allocated 4.5 million rubles for construction of the facility. The construction will provide communication with the eastern slope of the mountain with large and small villages located in this area.

A similar project was implemented this winter in the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve. Near Mount Iremel, the construction of the facility should be completed before the end of this year, but most likely, there will be no connection yet in the summer season.
