130 million rubles were spent in Bashkortostan for industry clusters development

UFA, 20 April 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Alfiya Agliullina/. In 2016, 130 million rubles were allocated from the federal and republican budget for development of specialized sectoral clusters in Bashkortostan. This was stated by the Prime Minister RB Rustem Mardanov in the course of the year's results report of the Government RB to the deputies of the State Assembly - the Kurultay RB. According to him, over the past five years, a group of specialized sectoral clusters of low-tonnage petrochemicals, oil and gas engineering, oil and gas machine-building, and geophysics have been organized in Bashkortostan.
"Last year their development continued. The Government provided individual support to a number of industrial enterprises. An innovative infrastructure, a prototyping centre, engineering centres were created for cluster enterprises", the Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan noted and added that in 2016 more than 400 small businesses used services of these centres.
Also, according to Rustem Mardanov, an agreement was signed to create a new timber industry cluster in the region in 2017.
On April 20, the Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov delivered a report of the Government RB on the results of work in 2016.
