Bashkortostan - in top three regions on quality management system implementation

UFA, 18 April 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In Russia, the most effective regions were named, which enterprises implemented quality management systems. The top three includes Moscow, St. Petersburg and Bashkortostan.

The top leaders also included the Moscow region, Tatarstan, Samara region, Krasnodar region. The top ten is closed with Yaroslavl, Sverdlovsk regions and Stavropol Territory.

Such data was obtained by Roskachestvo (Russian Quality System agency) after the analysis of the introduction of quality management systems (QMS) of regional enterprises within the Government Quality Award.

As explained by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB, the rating was calculated on the basis of several indexes. Among them there are a number of enterprises that have implemented QMS, industries and the number of employees of enterprises.

The rating is formed to assess the rate of the quality management systems implementation in regional enterprises and to motivate the regions to involve large and small institutions in improving quality and business processes activities.

This year Roskachestvo intends to modernize the existing system for assessing the management of Russian enterprises. The Government Quality Award will be integrated into the European Quality Award. It is planned to initiate professional audits of Russian companies in Europe. The best enterprises from all over the country will be able to prove their competitiveness not only in the domestic market, but also abroad.

The implementation of the new type of Roskachestvo activity will allow systematically influencing the improvement of goods and services quality through the evaluation of business processes. During the audits, enterprises will be able to conduct analytical work to identify the weaknesses of Russian companies as a whole. The analysis of the effectiveness of enterprises and services for the preparation and verification of documents for the implementation of quality management systems from 2017 are completely free of charge. Previously, the services for the preparation and verification of documents for the implementation of quality management systems were paid by the enterprises themselves.
