Bashkortostan enters Top-10 regions for tax and non-tax revenues

UFA, 17 April 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Bashkortostan budget received 36.3 billion rubles of revenues in the first three months of this year. This is 9.3 percent more than a year ago.

Tax and non-tax revenues were accounted for 28.6 billion rubles in the total amount of revenues.

In the rating of Russian regions in terms of tax and non-tax revenues, the republic ranks 10th, the press service of the Government RB reports.

"We plan to fulfill the planned value for tax and non-tax revenues of the budget - 114.2 billion rubles," the Deputy Minister of Finance of Bashkortostan Natalya Kalugina stressed at a meeting in the Government of the region. "Targeted indicators of revenue growth by types of economic activity, planned targets for debt repayment to the budget have been defined. These tasks are envisaged in the updated Comprehensive Plan of Measures to Increase Tax and Non-Tax Revenues of the Republican Budget and Budgets of Municipal Entities up to 2020".

Expenditures of the republican budget in the first quarter of 2017 amounted to 25.9 billion rubles. In the sectoral structure of expenditures, the largest share is traditionally taken by the social component of the budget - 81.5 percent of expenditures, or 21.1 billion rubles.
