Bashkortostan budget is executed with revenues growth - Government
UFA, 6 April 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The republican budget in the first quarter of 2017 was executed with growth of revenues.
Over the first three months of this year, the regional budget received 28.5 billion rubles of tax and non-tax revenues with an increase of 3.8 billion. This is by 15.5 percent more than a year ago, the Government of Bashkortostan stated at a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on increase in revenue potential, tax and non-tax revenues of the republican and municipal budgets.
"The growth was mainly due to the increase in revenues from the profit tax by 3.7 billion rubles, which is one and a half times more than the last year's level. This year, it was received 2.2 billion rubles from consolidated taxpayer groups. Also, revenues from excise taxes and personal income tax increased by 8.3 percent," the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Mardanov announced at the meeting.
According to him, the planned targets for tax and non-tax revenues of the consolidated budget of 145.7 billion rubles are being fulfilled in general.
At the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission it was set a task to intensify work in legalization of the labour market, inventory of land and property.
In addition, the meeting participants discussed proposals to stimulate investment activity through the provision of benefits. A number of decisions have already been adopted. Among them - support for the priority development areas (PDA), a reduction in the rate of profit tax for investors on priority projects to 12.5 percent for 2017-2020, the press service of the Government of the region reports.
