Individuals deposits showed growth in Bashkiria

UFA, 3 April 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. According to the Branch – the National Bank in Bashkortostan, deposits of individuals in credit institutions amounted to 341.5 billion rubles by March 1, 2017. The growth rate by the beginning of the year was 101.3 percent.

As of February 1 336.6 billion rubles were available on the accounts of individuals in banks.

In general, in Russia, deposits of individuals in credit institutions amounted to 24 143.6 billion rubles by March 1 of this year against 24,117.5 billion rubles, according to the data as of February 1.

As reported by the Bashinform News Agency, currently in the territory of Bashkortostan there are 73 credit institutions, a total of 1082 banking units.

Bashkortostan ranks second in the banking sector of the Volga Federal District and sixth in Russia on the number of banking units operating in the region.
