"Road map" on supporting and stimulating Bashkortostan export was approved

UFA, 20 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Government of Bashkortostan approved a "road map" to support and stimulate export of the republic. The document was prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the region and is structured along four sections.
The first section deals with formation and improvement of the export support system. It provides for the identification of priority areas for republican exports, the organization of the Coordination Centre to support export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises of the republic, as well as formation of a mechanism for interaction with trade missions in foreign countries.
The second section of the road map concerns financial support for export-oriented enterprises and organizations. At the same time, special attention is paid to interaction with federal development institutions and banking institutions in terms of subsidizing, providing guarantees, insurance and preferential lending for export projects.
The third section is connected with promotional activities. It is expected that work with export-oriented organizations regarding the issue of export project passports will get to a whole new level. Participation in exhibition and fair events with presentation of the regional export potential is supposed.
As part of the information support of export activities, measures are envisaged to disseminate information on republican products abroad, as well as to inform enterprises about the needs of foreign states.
As noted by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB, the implementation of the road map will contribute to the formation of a wide range of competitive, active exporters, including those from small and medium-sized enterprises. This, in turn, will positively affect the state of competition and the business climate in the republic.
