Interregional HR-Forum "Human Resources Management: Regional Strategy Challenges 2030" will be held in Ufa

UFA, 20 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. On April 27-28, the Ufa Congress Hall will host the 5th Interregional HR-Forum "Human Resources Management: Regional Strategy Challenges 2030".

The purpose of the forum is to define the main directions for improving the regional policy of human resource management, possibility of joint comprehensive discussion of topical problems and ways to solve them, and to exchange experience and practices of personnel management between public authorities and organizations.

Traditionally, representatives of state and local government bodies, top management of companies, representatives of large, medium and small businesses, scientific and educational institutions, personnel management services, HR service providers, business coaches and consultants will take part in the forum.

The participants of the forum will have an intense business program. At the same time, sectional sessions, master classes, round tables and other events will be held.

Organizers of the forum are Administration of the Head of Bashkortostan, Government of the region, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RB, Ministry of Education RB; School of Russian Politics in the Republic of Bashkortostan, First Business School, Ufa State Petroleum Technological University, Association of Coaches and Consultants RB, Council of Rectors RB; the Congress Bureau of Bashkortostan "Office Group".
