2nd Republican Forum on Social Entrepreneurship was opened in Bashkiria

UFA, 15 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The 2nd Republican Forum on Social Entrepreneurship was opened in Ufa. Its main task is a constructive discussion of the most relevant and successful practices in the field of social business.

The organizers of the forum are the Centre for Innovations in the Social Sphere of Bashkortostan, the State Committee for Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The forum is held with the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RB.

In Bashkortostan, much attention is paid to the development of social entrepreneurship, the chairman of the State Committee for Entrepreneurship and Tourism, Vyacheslav Gilyazitdinov, underlined at the forum.

The republic's success in development of social entrepreneurship is also noted at the federal level. So, at the contest held within the framework of the Sochi 2017 Investment Forum, Bashkortostan won the first place in the nomination "Best Practice in Organizing Activity of Social Sphere Innovations Centre".

According to Sergei Bocharov, the head of the representative office of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in the Volga Federal District, important projects are implemented at the forum.

"Bashkortostan has entered the top twenty regions of Russia with the best investment development rate. For a year, no one has reached such level, and it's worth much. You have some of the best practices in the country", said Sergei Bocharov.
