Bashkortostan delegation has completed its work at "Sochi-2017" Russian Investment Forum

UFA, 1 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. On February 28, the delegation of Bashkortostan headed by Rustem Khamitov completed its work at the "Sochi-2017" Russian Investment Forum.

Summing up the participation of the republican delegation, the Head of Bashkortostan marked its efficiency for the region.

“The Forum is a platform, which involves, firstly, consideration of business projects, signing agreements and secondly, discussions and debates. Our delegation was large - about 30 people. For the first time it included heads of six municipalities. It was very interesting experience for them. They participated in roundtables, discussed issues of single-industry towns, territories”, Rustem Khamitov said. “In addition, our Government has signed a number of investment agreements. It can be noted as particular significant a memorandum on VTB’s financing the concession agreement related to construction of a very complex and difficult highway, with complicated background – the one that connects M-5 and M-7 highways. We are talking about completion of a tunnel construction, a bridge construction across the river Ufa and exit to M-5 highway. There were several such agreements. In this part the forum was quite successful for our delegation.”
