Cheese Fair is held in Ufa

UFA, 21 February 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. On February 22, the next cheese fair by local producers will take place in Ufa.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB, Bashkir cheesemakers will offer the most variable products to Ufa residents.

Among them there is halloumi, Greek feta cheese, cheese with white mold, semi-hard rennet cheese from whole goat's milk and goat's mare's milk, semi-hard smoked cheese, Italian cheese and Larimar cheese, Reblochon Blue with red-blue crust, rustic sour cream and granulated cottage cheese.

The organizers of the fair are the State Committee RB for Trade and Consumer Protection and the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan.

The venue of the fair is Zhukov Street, 37.
