Salary expectations among majority of Bashkiria residents do not exceed 40 thousand rubles

According to the HeadHunter website, 42 percent of 15 thousand inhabitants of Bashkortostan having posted their resumes this year are quite satisfied with remuneration in the amount of 25 - 40 thousand rubles. Average salary expectations in the region are currently 40 thousand rubles.

The number of job seekers in the republic has increased by five percent compared to the 2016. The most active candidates since the beginning of the year were representatives of the following spheres: "Domestic Staff" (30 percent), "Civil Service" (25 percent) and "Blue-Collar Staff" (23 percent).

However, despite such significant number of applicants, the peak of activity in terms of new job seeking is expected in March.

Thus, an increase in activity of candidates is observed not in all areas. For example, specialists in the automotive business, in the field of art, entertainment, media and security experts are not in a hurry to change jobs at the beginning of the year. The growth of submitted CVs in these areas amounted to only 1 percent compared to the last year.
