More favourable conditions for investors are created in Bashkiria

UFA, 14 February 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In Bashkortostan, active work on improving conditions for investment projects implementation in the territory of Bashkortostan is carried out.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB, an issue of tax incentives in the framework of the priority investment projects in the PPP and concessions format has already being worked out.

In addition, a draft law on establishment of income tax privileges for the participants of the regional investment projects is developed and submitted for consideration to the Government RB. These are projects starting from 100 million rubles envisaging creation of new production facilities. According to it the republican income tax rate is reduced from 17 to 10 percent.

Also a procedure for consideration and support of priority investment projects in terms of approval of new projects by power supplying organizations is amended.

Currently, the companies decided to implement their projects in the territory of Bashkortostan and having gained a priority status are provided several kinds of state support.

Among them there is exemption from property tax and income tax privileges; subsidizing of interest rates on loans for the development of agriculture and small and medium-sized enterprises; providing investor a state-owned property located as collateral for borrowing funds attraction for investment projects.

Another type of state support for investors is allocation of land plots owned by the state without bidding.
