US Consul General marked favourable investment climate in Bashkortostan

UFA, 3 February 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The US Consul General in Yekaterinburg Marcus Micheli, during his visit to Ufa, marked high rating of Bashkortostan among the US business community, as well as a favourable investment climate in the republic.

The main purpose of Marcus Micheli’s visit to Ufa was to explore opportunities for the development of trade, economic and cultural ties between the USA and the Republic of Bashkortostan. During the visit, the US Consul General met with the leadership of the Delegation of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ufa, representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan, Ufa administration and the Chamber of Commerce RB.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB, the main topics of discussion were trade and economic cooperation development, as well as implementation of educational programs and cultural exchange.
