Positive trends in industry and agriculture are achieved in Bashkortostan

UFA, 30 January 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan summed up the preliminary results of socio-economic development for 2016.

As the department informs, positive trends have been achieved in industry and agriculture. The growth rate was 102.6 and 100.8 percent, respectively. The region managed to ensure the growth of wages in nominal and real terms. In January-November the average monthly salary increased by seven percent and amounted to 27.3 thousand rubles.

In addition, the planned value of the housing construction was reached in the republic. In general, for the year 2.7 million square meters of housing were built. Among the regions of the Volga Federal District Bashkortostan continues to hold the leading position in housing construction.
