Housing cost is announced in Bashkortostan

UFA, 26 January 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Bashkortostan Statistics Agency published average prices for housing in the republic for 2016.

According to statistics, the cost of housing remained virtually unchanged in the primary market last year - 51.5 thousand rubles per sq m. In the 4th quarter of 2015 the price per sq m of housing in the primary market amounted to 51.6 thousand rubles in Bashkortostan.

In the secondary housing market in the past year, prices fluctuated significantly. Thus, in the first quarter one square meter cost an average of 54.9 thousand rubles and by the end of the year it fell to 49.9 thousand rubles.

In 2015, the average prices for "secondary housing" were significantly higher - 57.9 thousand rubles per square meter in the first quarter and 53.6 thousand in the fourth quarter.
