Bashkiria budget was executed with surplus of 12.5 billion rubles - Ministry of Finance

UFA, 24 January 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In Bashkortostan, due to systematic efforts to reduce the level of public debt, its size decreased by 1 billion rubles compared to 2015 and amounted to 23.6 billion rubles.

As a result, the republican budget was executed with a surplus of 12.5 billion rubles, the press service of the Ministry of Finance informs.

The parameters of the consolidated republican budget-2016 are as follows: revenues - 195.2 billion rubles, including tax and non-tax - 160.3 billion, expenditures - 185.1 billion, surplus is 10.1 billion rubles.

Taking into account uncompensated receipts from the federal budget and various funds the total regional budget revenues last year amounted to 163 billion rubles. This is by 12.8 percent more than in 2015.

The budget received 127.8 billion rubles of tax and non-tax revenues, which is 17.4 billion rubles, or nearly 16 percent more than in 2015.

The main sources of revenues traditionally are: corporate income tax, personal income tax, excise taxes, property taxes, and dividends of large companies.
