Professional areas to find jobs easily in Bashkiria

UFA, 18 January 2017. /Bashinform News Agency,Galina Bakhshieva/. The HeadHunter website analyzed vacancies and CVs in Bashkortostan and compiled top 5 professional areas where you can find jobs easily. The survey was conducted from January 1 to 17.

It turned out that at the beginning of the year competition for one vacancy in the republic was 8.3 CVs (in Ufa - 8.4).

Bashkortostan job seekers experience least of problems with employment in the following areas: "Counseling" (0.6 CVs per offer), "Insurance" (0.8), "Installation and Service" (1.5 candidates per vacancy), "Marketing, Advertising, PR" (2,7) and "Sales"( 2.9 CVs per vacancy).

According to the spokesperson of the HeadHunter press service in Bashkortostan Olga Gibadullina, now there is a definite shortage of IT professionals. If we talk about the spheres most attractive to candidates (and this appeal is combined with high competition per offer), in Bashkortostan they are "Civil Service" with the competition of 21.5 CVs per vacancy and "Raw Materials Extraction" (19.3).
