UFA, 29 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. This year, fewer Russians are counting on bonuses, but the number of companies that will reward their staff for the year is the same as at the end of 2015.
The Superjob Research Centre studied the employers’ plans for paying bonuses to employees and interviewed Russians if they expected to receive an annual bonus.
"13 percent of companies pay annual bonuses to all employees. 21 percent of employers will be selective: reward individual employees or departments that have achieved the best results. 44 percent of organizations do not plan to pay bonuses following the year of 2016. Representatives of 22 percent of companies found it difficult to answer or said that that the issue was undecided yet", the Superjob press officer Vladislav Gladenkov announced the results of the research.
Among the working Russians every fifth counts on award at the end of the year (20 percent). Most often people hoped to receive annual bonuses in 2011 and 2012 (by 28 percent).
46 percent said that their company did not provide for the annual awards.
16 percent marked the precarious financial situation in their organizations.
The survey was conducted in all federal districts of the country from December 1 to 22. One thousand respondents from among managers, staff and other members of the personnel departments of enterprises and organizations participated in it.
