Best practices implementation plan of National Investment Climate Rating is approved in Bashkiria

UFA, 28 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In Bashkortostan the Action Plan for the best practices implementation of the National Investment Climate Rating in the Russian regions is updated. This was reported by the press-service of the Government.

The work on updating and amending the "road map" was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan with the methodological support of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

The sections on building permits regulatory issues were amended in the plan. Businessmen will be informedabout these services electronic rendering via multifunctional centres to reduce the terms of property rights registration.

A wide range of activities is related to electricity connection procedure optimization.

The "road map" is complimented with the procedures concerning the quality and efficiency of regional investment legislation.

Much attention in the document is paid to information and methodical support of businesses and establishment of effective feedback from the business community.

The key place is given to holding visiting sessions of the Project Office on a regular basis within the framework of Bashkortostan participation in the National Investment Climate Rating activities with local entrepreneurs. In 2016 it was held 18 sessions of the Project Office with the business community of almost all regions of our republic. They involved about 2.2 thousand representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.

It is also proposed to create business development centres to promote elements of business infrastructure in municipalities and improve the "Number of small businesses per thousand of the population" indicator.

Marketing road-maps are developed in four districts of the north-east of the republic as a pilot project. Standard business solutions are formed for those wishing to start their own business taking into account features of the territory. They are focused on educational programs for training potential, beginners and existing entrepreneurs.

Starting next year, Bashkortostan proceeds to introduce 12 models targeted to ensure a favourable investment climate. They were developed for the regions by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
